The Previous Section: The Mark of the Beast is Here

The First beast from the sea is described as having 7 heads. John states that 5 have fallen, one is, and one is to come. He also says, that the one to come will have a deadly head wound, but it will be healed and become an 8th head. Let’s read some of the descriptions:
“And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority. One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast.”
Revelation 13:1-3 ESV
“The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to rise from the bottomless pit and go to destruction. And the dwellers on earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will marvel to see the beast, because it was and is not and is to come. This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction. And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of Lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.” And the angel said to me, “The waters that you saw, where the prostitute is seated, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages. And the ten horns that you saw, they and the beast will hate the prostitute. They will make her desolate and naked, and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire, for God has put it into their hearts to carry out his purpose by being of one mind and handing over their royal power to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. And the woman that you saw is the great city that has dominion over the kings of the earth.””
Revelation 17:8-18 ESV
We will identify the woman who rides the beast in the following section, but for now, we see this beast has 7 heads, 5 of which have fallen, one is at the time of John, and the 7th is yet to come. It has a head wound that is healed and it becomes an 8th.
We also see that the body of the beast has a striking resemblance to the beasts of Daniel. The beasts of Daniel are kingdoms that have dominated the land of Israel as a consequence for Israel’s transgressions. Let’s read in Daniel:
“Daniel declared, “I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea. And four great beasts came up out of the sea, different from one another. The first was like a lion and had eagles’ wings. Then as I looked its wings were plucked off, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man, and the mind of a man was given to it. And behold, another beast, a second one, like a bear. It was raised up on one side. It had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth; and it was told, ‘Arise, devour much flesh.’ After this I looked, and behold, another, like a leopard, with four wings of a bird on its back. And the beast had four heads, and dominion was given to it. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.”
Daniel 7:2-7 ESV
These 4 beasts in Daniel’s vision are also represented in King Nebudchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2. The first beast corresponds to the head of the statue, which is Babylon, the 2nd beast to the chest/arms, which is Medo-Persia, the 3rd beast to the torso, which is Greece, and the 4th beast to the legs and toes, which are East/West Rome. These 4 kingdoms of the statue are kingdoms that will rule the land of Israel from the time of Daniel forward. Let’s read the interpretation of the statue kingdoms in Daniel 2:
““This was the dream. Now we will tell the king its interpretation. You, O king, the king of kings, to whom the God of heaven has given the kingdom, the power, and the might, and the glory, and into whose hand he has given, wherever they dwell, the children of man, the beasts of the field, and the birds of the heavens, making you rule over them all—you are the head of gold. Another kingdom inferior to you shall arise after you, and yet a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. And there shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron breaks to pieces and shatters all things. And like iron that crushes, it shall break and crush all these. And as you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom, but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the soft clay. And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. As you saw the iron mixed with soft clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay.”
Daniel 2:36-43 ESV
It is debatable whether or not the 4 components of the statue of Daniel 2 are the 4 beasts of Daniel 7, but most agree they are interchangeable. The 4 beasts are 4 kings or kingdoms (interchangeable) that rule in sequence, and the 4th kingdom is destroyed by the Most High.
If the 4th beast represents Rome, and John receives the interpretation of the beast with 7 heads as being within the 6th head, we have two unaccounted for heads that have fallen, for 5 had fallen, and one is, which was the 6th. So the 6th head in Revelation is the kingdom of Rome, which corresponds to the 4th kingdom in Daniel. Interestingly, there were only 2 major kingdoms prior to Daniel’s time that had ruled Israel, which would satisfy the correlation between the 2 beast visions of Daniel and John. The first, was Egypt, from which Moses led the Exodus, and the second was Assyria, which scattered the northern tribes.
That gives us 6 heads to the time of John that ruled the land of Israel: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. John tells us that 5 of the heads had fallen (Egypt through Greece), and that one is, the 6th which is Rome.
“This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction. And the angel said to me, “The waters that you saw, where the prostitute is seated, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages.”
Revelation 17:9-11,15 ESV
The 6th head, Rome that is during John’s time, also corresponds to the 4th beast of Daniel’s vision in chapter 7, and the legs of the statue in Nebudchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2.. In essence, after attaining the promised land from Egyptian exodus, Solomon’s transgressions led to the scattering of the tribes by Assyria and subsequent conquest by kingdoms thereafter (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome respectively). Note the geographic distribution of the successive empires below as having controlled the promised land.

6th Head to Control the Promised Land: Rome

https://www.britannica.com/place/Roman-Empire
Recall that the 4th Roman kingdom in Daniel’s statue is split into two legs. These represent the East-West schism within the empire. The Eastern empire gives way to the Ottomans, a subset of Byzantine Rule (still within the eastern leg of Rome), and the western leg establishes itself as the Holy Roman Empire (HRE), which serves as the continuation of Roman rule until 1806, where we see the final dissolution of the 6th head.
“The dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire occurred de facto on 6 August 1806, when the last Holy Roman Emperor, Francis II of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine, abdicated his title and released all Imperial states and officials from their oaths and obligations to the empire. Since the Middle Ages, the Holy Roman Empire had been recognized by Western Europeans as the legitimate continuation of the ancient Roman Empire due to its emperors having been proclaimed as Roman emperors by the papacy.”

Rise of the 7th Head, for a Short Time
So this leads us to the 7th head, which also becomes an 8th, has a deadly head wound that is healed, rules or dominates the land of Israel, has a harlot who rides the beast, and gives way to a 2nd beast from the earth (or land). We see this next major empire, which also dominates the promised land of Israel as the previous 6, take over where Rome left off as a world power. As Rome is falling, the British Empire is rising, and as the HRE dissolves in 1806, Britain rises (1803-1815) during the Napoleonic Wars.
“After the defeat of France in the Napoleonic Wars (1803–1815), Britain emerged as the principal naval and imperial power of the 19th century and expanded its imperial holdings.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Empire?wprov=sfti1
Great Britain is renamed the ‘United’ Kingdom in 1801. This kingdom represents the Crown of the 7th Head, which is generalized as ‘United’ (of one accord, similar to the Tower of Babel). The United Crown or United Kingdom sustains a deadly head wound with the Head proper, or the United States, during the American Revolution from 1775-1783. Their relations are healed in time, but the period of UK world dominance (Pax Britannica) commences for the next 100 years (1815-1914).
“Between 1815 and 1914, a period referred to as Britain’s “imperial century”, around 26,000,000 square kilometres (10,000,000 sq mi) of territory and roughly 400 million people were added to the British Empire. Victory over Napoleonic France left the British without any serious international rival, other than perhaps Russia in Central Asia. When Russia tried expanding its influence in the Balkans, the British and French defeated them in the Crimean War (1853–1856), thereby protecting the Ottoman Empire.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pax_Britannica?wprov=sfti1
World War 1 (1914-1917) ends the peace of Pax Britannica, but further heals the deadly head wound with strong alliances between the United States (Head) and United Kingdom (Crown). Importantly, this alliance also establishes 7th head dominance over the promised land in Israel in 1917.
“The Balfour Declaration was a public statement issued by the British government in 1917 during the First World War announcing its support for the establishment of a “national home for the Jewish people” in Palestine, then an Ottoman region with a small minority Jewish population. The declaration was contained in a letter dated 2 November 1917 from the United Kingdom’s Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Lord Rothschild, a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. The text of the declaration was published in the press on 9 November 1917.”

Rise of the 8th, who is also of the 7…
The 7th Head in the form of the United Kingdom and United States rules for a short time prior to the emergence of the 8th (also of the 7th), which is the body proper of the beast emerging from the sea, the United Nations. The body is the 8th and belongs to the 7 empires before it, and it rules over the waters, who are multitudes of peoples, nations, and languages. We read first of the interpretation of the 1st beast in Rev 17, then the characteristics of the body of the beast in Rev 13, having aspects of Babylon (Lion), Medo-Persia (Bear), and Greece (Leopard):
“This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction. And the angel said to me, “The waters that you saw, where the prostitute is seated, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages.”
Revelation 17:9-11,15 ESV
“And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority.”
Revelation 13:2 ESV
These 3 aspects of beast are correlated to the book of Daniel chapter 2 and 7 (see above) as being Gold, Silver, and Bronze and a Lion, Bear, and Leopard. The lion, bear, and leopard are defined historically as primarily introducing: innovation, large scale commerce & communication, and democracy/systems respectively.
- Babylon (Gold, Lion) – man’s desire for power, innovative
- Persia (Silver, Bear) – spreading, devouring, accusation, communicative
- Greece (Bronze, Leopard) – dominions and empires, lurking, calculating, democracy
The UN, being the 8th component, is a hybrid/conglomerate body of all the nations of the earth past and present. It prides itself on innovation (Babylon – Lion), communication (Medo-Persia – Bear), and democracies/systems (Greece – Leopard). Together, the 7th and 8th United Beast, (UK/US/UN – Crown, Head, Body respectively), blaspheme God with various notions of human liberty and freedom, which all seem positive on the surface, but demonstrate philosophies of idolatrous boasting of man’s freedom and ability underneath.
“The UN was established after World War II with the aim of preventing future world wars, and succeeded the League of Nations, which was characterized as ineffective. On 25 April 1945, 50 nations met in San Francisco, California for a conference and started drafting the UN Charter, which was adopted on 25 June 1945. The charter took effect on 24 October 1945, when the UN began operations. The organization’s objectives, as defined by its charter, include maintaining international peace and security, protecting human rights, delivering humanitarian aid, promoting sustainable development, and upholding international law. At its founding, the UN had 51 member states; as of 2023, it has 193 – almost all of the world’s sovereign states.“
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations?wprov=sfti1
This human liberty is an affront to doctrines of luciferianism, which boast in pride of mankind’s innovation and authority on the earth. United, they believe there is no stopping them. Of note, there are striking similarities with the tower of Babel, and the European Union even made their parliament look the part:

… and if there be any doubt left as to the identity of the 8th, the UN recently proudly displayed an art piece on its grounds, resembling the Lion, Bear, and Leopard.

The Ten Horns of the 1st Beast from the Sea
The ten horns are not the same 10 horns on Daniel’s 4th Beast. Let’s read of Daniel’s 10 horns on the Beast of Rome:
“Then I desired to know the truth about the fourth beast, which was different from all the rest, exceedingly terrifying, with its teeth of iron and claws of bronze, and which devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet, and about the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn that came up and before which three of them fell, the horn that had eyes and a mouth that spoke great things, and that seemed greater than its companions. As I looked, this horn made war with the saints and prevailed over them, until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was given for the saints of the Most High, and the time came when the saints possessed the kingdom. “Thus he said: ‘As for the fourth beast, there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all the kingdoms, and it shall devour the whole earth, and trample it down, and break it to pieces. As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, and another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the former ones, and shall put down three kings. He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. But the court shall sit in judgment, and his dominion shall be taken away, to be consumed and destroyed to the end. And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; his kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.’
Daniel 7:19-27 ESV
These 10 horns or powers of Rome represent the central authority of Rome, split between itself into 10 components that would not cleave to one another (see Daniel 2). The 11th power, or little horn, begins its ascent in 313AD with the first Pope, Constantine. The Papacy becomes a figurehead with a mouth and eyes, speaking great things.
The following is summarized from: The Present Reign of Jesus Christ: A Historical Interpretation of the Book of Revelation, By Robert Caringola Truth in History © Copyright 1995-2017
As Rome splits apart in 476AD with the last Roman Emperor Romulus Augustus, the little horn deposes 3 of the 10 powers of Rome, the Vandals, the Ostrogoths, and the Lombards.
- Vandals -Plucked by Little Horn (Papacy) in 533AD through Justinian I
- Heruli
- Suevi
- Franks
- Ostrogoths – Plucked by Little Horn (Papacy) 535AD through Justinian I
- Huns
- Visigoths
- Allemani
- Lombards – Plucked by Little Horn (Papacy) 774AD through Charlemagne
- Burgundians
Note that in Daniel 7, the little horn persists to the end times, and indeed we still have a Pope today in Pope Francis. And interestingly, as the 7th Head US took over for the 6th, Francis Pope, (an inversion of Pope Francis), originally titled the land that would become Washington DC, as ‘ROME’. https://www.genealogy.com/forum/surnames/topics/pope/3903/
The 1st Beast from the Sea also has 10 horns, but these do not correspond to the 10 horns of Daniel 7 on the Beast of Rome (the 6th head), for they go from 10, to 11, to 8 horns respectively, and the Beast of Revelation simply has 10 horns that rule with the beast for 1 hour (a short time). Let’s read:
“And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of Lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.””
Revelation 17:12-14 ESV
We see that these 10 horns are all present at once, with the 1st Beast system. They rule with it as kings with authority for a short time (1 hour). Given the identity of the Beast from the sea as the UN, with the 7th crown and head being the UK and US, the 10 horns must somehow support this system. Indeed, the UN is funded by 10 countries through the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) and various syndicates of central banking. These systems grant the ability of the World Economic Forum (WEF), through an International Monetary Fund (IMF), to carry out the ‘united’ agenda. These countries are called the “Group of 10”: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_of_Ten_(IMF)?wprov=sfti1
- US
- UK
- Canada
- Germany
- Italy
- France
- Japan
- Belgium/Netherlands
- Sweden
- Switzerland
If still doubtful of the power of this Group of 10 within the BIS, and the authority they have wielded over the world for numerous years, I encourage you to read a great book on the subject: The Tower of Basal, by Adam Lebor: https://a.co/d/6Ub0IZd
Summary of the 1st Beast from the Sea (Peoples) – Daniel 2,7, Rev 13,17
Scriptural Characteristics:
7 Heads, 10 horns, 10 crowns, 1 head with a deadly head wound that is healed, the body is a hybrid of Daniel’s beasts. 5 of the beast’s heads had fallen, the 6th existed during the time of John, and 1 was yet to come. This 7th head would rule for a short time, and would also be a component of an 8th iteration of the beast. This 8th component was, was not at the time of John, yet will be in the future. There is a harlot woman who rides this beast drunk on the saints and martyrs, and this 1st beast from the sea grants authority to a 2nd beast from the land that has two protector powers or horns, appears to worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, yet speaks as a dragon.
Identification:
The 7 heads are 7 successive kingdoms that rule the promised land.
- Egypt
- Assyria
- Babylon (1st Beast of Daniel 7)
- Medo-Persia (2nd Beast of Daniel 7)
- Greece (3rd Beast of Daniel 7)
- Rome (4th Beast of Daniel 7)
- United (UK/US) – also an 8th (UN), the hybrid empire of Babylon (innovation), Medo-Persia (communication), and Greece (Governance/Institutionalism). Thus they represent what was prior to John, what was not during his time, yet what will be in the future we see today.
The 10 horns are the 10 powers that fund the Beast, the BIS Group of 10. Each horn is given authority with a crown. One of the crowns is the UK, an aspect of the 7th head which sustains a deadly head wound (American Revolution) but is healed in alliance with the US.
This Beast will reign for 42 months, and after 42 months have passed, we will see a 2nd Beast arise from the Land. But first let’s identify the woman who rides with 1st beast. The harlot, Mystery Babylon.
